We have all experienced that moment of zone out. We can feel our concentration and attention slipping away. This is the perfect time to practice a brain break. Brain breaks are an effective way for kids (and parents!) to take a moment to reset their focus. It can be a silent moment for some or a 5 minute movement activity for others.
