Craig has been a great fit for Forrest. Very patient, explains concepts in a way Forrest understands, and is an all-around great guy. Math for Forrest has always been a challenge and this year is no exception. However, he is learning the concepts with Craig’s assistance.

When we came to Thorup Tutoring the fall of 2002, both of our children were having difficulties reading. Through the expertise that Nancy and her staff have, both of our children have made excellent progress in their reading skills. One of our children was put back into the regular classroom after less than a year of tutoring. He is currently reading with the rest of his third grade class and is doing very well. Our other child is making steady progress and we hope that he will be back in the classroom setting , reading in the next few months. I cannot say how concerned Nancy and her entire staff are about the children they tutor. If we hadn't found Thorup Tutoring, I honestly don't know where our kid's would be today in their reading ability.

I like Tutoring because it's a fun way to learn. I started to get 100%'s on my spelling tests. I also started to get better grades in everything else. We learn and like to play games too. My tutor is very nice. I have lots of fun.

Thank you for all do have taught Alex. His math skills have improved and helping him to pass the UBSCT has relieved a huge burden. I wish we could have started Alex in tutoring earlier - back in grade school. It has made a difference. We appreciate Terry's flexibility with tutoring days and working with Alex's schedule.
